I am so excited to finally show you my newest dress, a very kind gift from my wonderful boyfriend. He bought it for me over a month ago as a surprise and I wanted to blog about it immediately, but I needed the perfect setting to do it justice. And since London and its buses was not a feasible option, I envisaged the following: quaint streets, a red phone box, flowers-a-plenty, charming architecture (preferably Georgian) and, erm, a sunny Saturday. Well, the stars aligned this week, and here we have it!
So - the dress. It's an all-rounder - perfect for any occasion and season, from bare legs in the summer, to tights and a cropped cardigan in the cooler months. The fabric is ideal, too - it's a nice weight, and not too thin while not being heavy either. And it goes without saying that I'm in love with the print - in my opinion, Cath Kidston is up there with Orla Kiely as a fellow Queen of Prints. x

Sarah,
I love the dress! Beautiful photographs too. One of my friends in Ards Writers showed me the matching bag complete with purses, etc, which she has collected, at last night’s meeting. We share a love of bags. I have three Cath Kidstons.
