About Sarah

She was a day tripper PNGWelcome to my blog!

Hello there *waves* nice to see you! My name is Sarah, a twenty-something girl from Northern Ireland currently living in Munich.  You’ll usually find me lost in a daydream, boiling the kettle for another mug of tea or spending too much time on Pinterest (being newly engaged does that to you!). I love Friday nights, Saturdays, everything 1960s, my own company, reading, people watching with coffee, wearing hats, London, the countryside, dogs, biological science, fresh flowers, tea with bourbon creams and a boy called Jamie. Not in that order of course.

I’ve had lots of ambitions and dreams in my time, from doctor to dentist, from podiatrist to marine biologist, from author to magazine journalist and publishing.  And while my medical and scientific ambitions have yet to come to fruition, having my own blog satisfies the magazine-style publishing ones!

She Was a Day Tripper is a place where I can create and share my passions and interests. You will find my blog sprinkled with lifestyle, personal style, health and beauty, travel and other adventures, film & book reviews and anything else that takes my fancy. It’s a pick’n’mix, I like to think of it as a little online magazine and I hope you enjoy reading it.

Thank you for stopping by! x

Pretty much everything you described liking/loving in the first paragraph is so me! Except, I wish I too was from Northern Ireland and living in Munich ;)

And I know what you mean about having had many dreams and ambitions. I STILL wish I could be a Spice Girl, a barbie clothes designer or a fashion magazine editor. But, I’ll settle for any of the three! ;)
