Charlotte Tilbury Instant Eye Palette

Charlotte Tilbury is, without doubt, my favourite name in beauty. Her products, albeit on the pricier side, are incredible in both quality and design. Having watched Charlotte on YouTube, the passion emanating from her when she’s talking about her products is infectious. You can tell how much effort – and pride – goes into the development of each and every piece. As far as I’m concerned, Ms Tilbury is the Queen of Makeup (and long may she reign).

So, after being introduced to her products last Christmas by my very generous fiancé (the Golden Goddess box set, Magic Foundation, Filmstar Bronze & Glow and lipsticks) it’s safe to say that I’ve fallen head over heels for this brand. So when Jamie presented me with the Charlotte Tilbury Instant Eye Palette (and another lippy) for my birthday earlier this week, I was ecstatic. I’m a very lucky (and very spoiled) girl.

Now, the palette. From the beautiful packaging to the concept and colours, it’s perfection. Versatility is at the heart of the palette and it contains four ‘looks’ – Day, Desk, Date and Disco. So no matter what the occasion, you’re covered. I find many eyeshadow palettes have a couple of shades I don’t like very much, or wouldn’t find the use for, but the colour selections here are on point and I know I’m going to get serious mileage out of this palette. With a gorgeous mix of creamy matte hues and shimmering neutrals, it’s a real winner, and an ideal palette for travel (I’m bringing it with me to Geneva this weekend!).
